Snow plow front bumper 92 300E sportline or AMG?

Well I hope I can get some good answers to this question. When I purchased my 1992 300-E it had a large front air dam front bumper with square driving lights. Since it was a Sportline I assumed that because the driving lights were wired to the light switch it was a factory option. Well it has come to my attention after much though that this was an early AMG add on the dealer had put on the car. "sorry my ditial camera quick and I need to get a new one."

So my question is this what was the front factory bumper on the 1992 300-E sportline and can I use a 500-E front bumper with driving lights in exchange for this too low front cow catcher?
I called my Mercedes-Benz dealer Caliber motors and the part number for the spolier I have is B66020665. strange thing is how were the extra lights wired to the light switch and can the wire harness that work with theses lights be adapted to a front bumper from a 500-E W124 with driving lights in the front bumper.
My parts person is stock asto an answer to this question. I hope some one whos been there and done that can shead some light on this subject.

You're gonna need photos - I, as well as others, can tell you a lot about your front spoiler if a photo is present.

Front Clip on above is no different than other 300E's of that year.

On a w124 from 1988, do you know how to wire the fog lights in the AMG front spoiler to the six pin plug for the euro headlights? Thanks.
