Where can I get one of these?? I have searched for second sources all over the place and have not found any. I have read through numerous posts here and have yet to hear of anyone replacing one.

My problem is that the motor only operates in the up direction. The motor makes an unhappy sound in the down direction. This led me to take voltage measurements with the wires desoldered from the motor. I do get a solid 12V one way and -12v the other telling me that the switch and wires are all good. The motor is definitely in need of replacement unless there is some gearing that I can work on. I have been unable to find a way in to the motor other than bending away the tangs but thats usually when things end up snapping off.
