I have a 92 300ce, I love it to death, but I have heard mention of a 320ce? when I looked it up in the mbusa site under all the car models that mb made it is not listed, is there such a animal and if so what is the differences between the 300ce and the 320ce, thanks in advance for any and all insite in this matter.

Introduced to U.S. as 300CE Fall 1987.
Facelifted and name changed to E320 Coupe Fall 1994. (from MBUSA web site, above.

300 vs 320
 

Model year '92 was the last of the 300 (3.0L) engines. Starting in '93, the engine was increased to 3.2L.

In '94, the model designations were changed from '300' to '320', etc. My '94 E320 is shown below. Love "coupes"!
