Lift pump/IP problem

I should add:

The kit I used includes a hand primer bulb (like ones found on an out-board motor). When I re-primed the system, after replacing the main fuel line running under car, I forgot to disconnect the fuel line going to the LP and IP . When pressurizing the system , could I have done damage? Could I have caused a problem with the lift pump or IP.

No -- they both vent into the return line.
