Has anyone heard of Michelin discountinue the Pilot MXX3 tire and replacing them with the Pilot Sport.. My car came with the MXX3's some of the sport models that year came with the Goodyear F1's.. My local tire shop is telling me they can't get the MXX3's anymore... I dont want to spend $1100.00 on new tires I won't like.... I love the MXX3's I am on my second set.. It's time for a third set...

Tirerack.com still has them. Be sure to mention Luke's name when you contact them. See wheels and tires section for link.

Pilot Sports are better in just about everything except pure steering response. MXX3s are more linear, but Sports grip better.

You should rely on steering the most right.. When you take a turn you are relying on steering respond right or traction.. What do mean by linear?
