Can I convert from quad hydraulic to rear one?

My car is 560SEL (1989). It's rare to find one with full quad hydraulic suspensions system. In the last days I'm facing a lot of trouble such as raised from rear and down from front. Before I get rid of that system I was wondering if it is possible to convert it it only rear system. If so, how can I do it?

best way to achieve this is to find a donor car with load leveling rear suspension.even then it's a long job.you will need access to welding equipment and someone who is good at breaking spot welds.[the upper spring perches need to come out of the donor car complete] the lower parts will unbolt.make sure to buy new upper spring pads one size larger if possible.

will depend on condition.

I wouldn't remove it... the rarity of this option is worth keeping.

Of course, I'M not the one paying for your repairs, so that is easy for me to say.

You are 100% right, I spent more than 500$ to keep it alive, but it really eats money.
