Mount Torque

Engine Mount 87 560SEL, manuel says 70NM which is about 90ft lbs, way too high I would think.

Anyone Know??

Not sure what conversion factor you are using but you might find you do better w/
1Nm = 0.737561 ft/lbs.

As an aside, I hope you have genuine mounts...if not plan on doing them again in the next year or two.

In other words you converted the wrong way - should be 52 ft. lbs.

Thanks alot, I did in fact convert the wrong way and did torque to about 70 ft lbs, did not strip, will leave them at that and thank God!
