I have a click, click, click sound that stays in time with the speed of the engine. Someone told me it might be a rocker arm, if thats what it is does anyone know how much it cost's to fix?

I believe my brothers 85 380sl only cost him like $500 to have the rollers redone, with the lifters I think at our local independent mechanic here in southern california.
