I can not get the aux fan to work.. I jumped out the wires on the reciever.... The fuses that I checked are Ok and I hot wired the fan to see if its ok... any suggestions?

Check the relay. I'm not sure where it is on the '76, but on the '77 it's in the black box on the left (driver side) inner fender in front of the brake master cylinder. There may be two relays. One is for the aux.fan, the other one for the AC comp. clutch...

The fuses and relays are on the firewall on the passenger side on the 115 chassis.
