Are the M120 V12 transmission bolt pattern the same as the V8?

Are the M120 V12 transmission bolt pattern the same as the V8? I would like to know if the S600 and S500 were the same transmission..bolt pattern and torque capacity. Does anyone know if the newer V12 has the same bolt pattern? I am trying to source a good transmission for my project car. Thanks
