94 e420 Plug Wires Bosch Vs. Beru

Are Beru wires $120 better than Bosch? I don't want to buy crap but when bosch are $220 and beru are $340 I have to ask. I have owned the car for a year and haven't replaced any tune up items yet so I have no experience.
Thanks

I have seen people in the past talk about this subject on the forum; however, I replace my wires about two years ago and I went with Beru that has the metal connector that attaches to the spark plug. They worked out pretty well. Also I stuck with Bosch Super spark plugs.

If you search the forum I am sure you will come across several members whom have their own thoughts on which is superior.

IF both sets have copper core wires, there is little to NO difference...Many times the "aftermarket" Bosch use non-copper core wires...ie: resistor wire.

According to both web sites they both have copper cores and metal connectors. Looks like bosch wins this round.

But as MB Doc said Bosch makes multiple quality levels - you need to be sure which you are getting.

Like noted above, check to see what kind of wire they are using. I saved a ton for my '94 E320 when I went to Autozone to get my Bosch wires(and boots) there, and lifetime warrantee to boot( no pun intended! !
