190E Ignition Lock Cylinder Removal Help in NJ

hello all, I have a 86 190E that had a broken Ignition cylinder lock. I can insert the key and turn it but it wont start or stop the motor, though I can jump start the car since the ignition is stuck in the "ON" position, and the key just turns all over the place without doing anything. I bought a new cylinder lock unit and I need help with removing the old cylinder/tumbler. I fabricated a removal tool with help from this site and no matter how much I tried, the black sleeve just does not turn. If anyone has done this before or has a good tool that works, I would appreciate if you'd help me with this. I can drive the car to your place, and pay you for your services. I live in Princeton, NJ. if anyone's close by or know any mechanics who can do this, i would absolutely appreciate it. my email is rialmadrid@gmail.com . I called up a couple of locksmiths in the area and they wanted upwards of $300 for this.

Ok I finally got it out. Damn, what a pain.... but its out anyway and it turns out, my ignition cylinder is not bad afterall. its this tiny piece that connects the ignition cylinder to the electrical switch behind it that broke. I retrieved it and took some pics of it. Where can I buy this piece and what is it called ? Should i just goto the dealer or should i just have this piece welded up ? another funny thing was, I couldnt find the broken-off part, but I dont really care .....
