c280 repair project
 

I just purchased a 96 C280 that has been wrecked and repaired,it has problems that need fixing, most important is I cannot get the seat belts to latch, I got the reciever end out of 94 but the belt will not latch even though they look the same only difference is the male end of the belt is shaped different, also I have no horn and the SRS, ABS, and brake light and looks like a picture of a radiator is on and the gas gauge does not register , I also need to the codes read and reset so I don't miss any thing, correct, this car has been inside since 99, the body has 34k on it and the motor was replaced with one that only has 8K, I got a great deal, it is going to be a graduation present, thanks for any help.
