2002 CLK430 has 1 malfuntion code SOS not activated. How do I repair remove this malfunction. SOS button works ok, it dials phone and connects with recorded message account not valid or active must use collect call service. Don't care about this option just want the light out

Actually, there's no "malfunction". Your car is just reminding you that you don't have Tele-Aid service. It's kind of annoying, since this message pops up every time you start the car!!! To eliminate this message, you'll need to have the instrument cluster re-programmed. I'm guessing that most dealers will charge you around $50.00.
