well it sounds like your ccu is working as how it it working the ac.
depends on how handy you are next,easiest thing to do next if i was u i would pull relay k9 from the fues-relay box,make you a short jumper wire(#12 wire) and plug it into the relay pins marked 30 and 87 of k9,turn on the engine and see if the aux fan runs.if it does your fuse is good,wiring is good and fan is good.
