Leaking Head Gasket?

Got the white smoke. In search of reputable mechanic/shop to repair my 1995 e320. Have not driven the vehicle only started it up to observe the smoke and leak. Any suggestions? Ballpark- type $ to fix a head gasket and associated parts? Anyone willing to take on a cash money side job? Time it takes to replace?

Most shops will charge you about $1200.00 to $1500.00 for a head gasket job on that motor.
