I've noticed that my car pulls to the left, esp. under hard braking.

I had a 4-wheel alignment done, and all tires rebalanced (doesn't need rotation yet), and it still pulls.

Should I bleed the brake system next?

What next? What's the proper diagnositc process?

How bad is the pulling? Is it only a slight drift or hard enough to yank the wheel from your hand?

Is it a hard pull, and the only time it pulls under braking? If so, I would look at the calipers, particularly the one on the RIGHT, as it pulls to the left. The right one may be laying down on the job. I have also heard of the soft lines to the caliper becoming internally clogged, and this may cause one caliper to get less fluid than the other. Maybe? That is a rare one for me.

The slight pull is different. Could be one set of pads seated differently, one one caliper is a little more worn that the other? Also may want to consider rotating the tires, to see if it goes away. Could be a tire problem too.

The car drifts to the left, esp. under hard braking, and drifts to the right on a straight & uncrowned road.

I had a reputable shop do a 4-wheel alignment done, and all tires rebalanced (doesn't need rotation yet), and now it really drifts to the right, and drifts to the left under hard braking.

In the course of the alignment we found out that the rear toe was woefully out of spec, but was able to return it to spec.

The front left camber could not be brought in any more positive than -1.72 degrees (previous was -1.84); right camber is at -0.95 degrees.

What can I do to fix the left camber IF there is no adjustment left?

FWIW, the brakes are 1992 500E brake, new pads & rotors approx. 4K ago.
Brake lines are 1.5-years old. Brake fluid is 6-weeks old, flushed every year.

Check the wear on either side of the car. If the left side is thinner, it is doing more work than the right. This would indicate a seized caliper on the right side. Another thing to keep in mind is that if the tires are not evenly worn between the left and right sides, this too could exhibit the symptoms you refer to. If the brakes check out ok, swap your left tires for your right ones. If the pulling follows the tires....well, you get the picture.

Has the car always pulled? Or did the pulling just start?. The first thing to check is tire air pressure. If that is ok, the inspect the bark pads for unuasual wear. If it has been pulling since you got it check to see if the brake calipers are exactly the same type. Different caliper types will fit on the same mounting brackets.
