Step-by-Step M112 MAF Replacement Procedure Needed-2001 E320
My 2001 was in the shop recently for a punctured tire, and after reading about the potential consequences of continued driving with a bad MAF, I just had the dealer replace the defective sensor at the same time. Owning three 210s, I know I am bound to encounter this problem again, and I would love to know how to replace the MAF myself and save the $400-$600...I understand it's a fairly easy procedure. Could someone please post a detailed procedure for replacing the mass airflow meter in a M112 V6? Thanks in advance!

They want $500 for this - on my Land Rover discovery II, I can do it in 5 minutes for $125. Anyone have instructions on this ?

Is just a couple of clamps and an electrical connection.
Computer will re-adapt to new MAF within 50 miles.
