I want to detatch my AC compressor from the block. I have to move it all of half an inch to release a vacuum hose that's stuck between the block and the compressor. Is there anything more to this job than removing the serpentine belt and the bolts that hold the compressor to the block?

Thanks,
Sixto

You may want to loosen the fuel cooler. If you don't you could break one of the high pressure lines. Other than that, no.
