Instrument cluster ? 93' 300 SE
 

So a friend of mine recently purchased a beautiful benz, and it has a few troubles. Specifically the instrument cluster doesn't work or light up, the info light comes on and the washer fluid light come on but nothing else. We've tried another cluster to no avail. Any ideas?
Also where can I get a servece manual for this car? Whats the chassis designation for these models?

That is a W140.032 chassis & MB just re-released a DVD for that chassis.
There are 3 fuses that power-up the cluster..17, 23, & 24
