I want to replace my electrical ignition switch and I can't get the plug released. Could someone please help me and tell me what I'm doing wrong!
Thanks, Tom J.

You have to turn the key to position 2 for the electrical portion to release. Then you pull out.

Good luck.

Correct me, if I am wrong. I think Tom wants to disconnect the electrical plug from the key switch. Donkey is talking about the physical removal of the key cylinder.
