Remanufactured Trans - Break-in Period?
Is there a break in period for a new remanufactured automatic transmission, i.e., can I take the car/transmission on an extended road trip right away? Basically, there will be extended highway runs, no gear changing, for potentially hundreds of miles. The longest per day about 400 miles (probably split up by one gas refill). Or should there be normal shifting for the break-in period before extended runs? And what would a normal/common break-in period be? I know 500 miles is commonly used for engine break-in on new cars. Thanks.

No break in periods are required.
