recommended Shock manufacture
I looking to replace the front and rear shocks on my 97 S320 and there are a number of manufactures that offer replacement parts (monroe, Sachs & Bilstein) any recommendation are comments would be appreciated.

I would go for Bilstein, they last so long.

What's wrong with Sachs-Boge? I thought these were as good as Bilstein, and were OEM on many models.

Nothing wrong with Boge Sachs - OEM, same quality, slightly lower price. In Germany they are considered equivelents but in U.S. Bilstein has a better reputation and a very good warranty.
