mercedes wouldn't be stupid enough to show it before the patents were in place.i bet it won't be long before a bunch of car companies lic the technology.

You just know this won't be good enough for the green fringe. They'll still be wanting people on buses and trains, despite the latter using engine technology thats 20 years out of date.

Good on Mercedes I say.

Advancement in engineering is good for all.
Especially for competition.
This can only drive other auto companies to design more fuel efficient engines.

good, now maybe theyll ditch those silly and heavy hybrids. 2 motors in one car never sounded very efficient to me.
