W107 Transmission shifting hard

I have an 87 560SL with 87K miles that is shifting a little hard. I have replaced the oil and filter and that made no difference. Does anyone have an adjustment proceedure for the vacuum modulator and Bowden cable for this model including the pressure specs.?

Cable adjustment is for "when" the transmission shifts.

The modulator is for "how hard" the transmission shifts.

To soften the shift you adjust the modulator adjustment key counter-clockwise.

the trans will also shift hard if the modulator does'nt see vacuum.the solid metal connection at the intake is rarely at fault but the short rubber connection between the pipe and the modulator can crack and the rubber cover over the adjusting key is the most likely suspect for cracks and leaks.without vacuum at this point the trans thinks you have your foot to floor and shifts hard.

I replaced the entire vac line which had some issues and that corrected the problem. Thanks guys for the help!
