Sorry for referring to a "foreign car", but I have a problem with my daughter's 93 S-90. Her a/c usually works fine, but occasionally, it will simply cut off and refuse to come on again until it cures itself. No correlation with temperature, it either works or it doesn't work. Any ideas, short of junking the car and buying a MBZ, would be welcomed.

I would suggest refering to the CD from Robert Bentley:
http://www.bentleypublishers.com/product.htm?code=EA90

If you are interested I could sell you one for $78 plus shipping.

There are self-diagnostics accessable thru the A/C control head (I think).
