W126 380SE Gas Filler Flap Drain Plugged
I searched and couldn't find anything.
On my 380SE, the gas cap area fills up with water whenever I wash it. It looks like the little rubber drain tube is plugged. I snaked a wire hanger down there but it didn't help. It seems that the tube takes a sharp bend at some point and I can't follow it to the end. Does anybody know where this tube goes? How do I unplug it? Or possibly replace it? TIA |
Try to blow it with compressed air first.

I will give that a try, though I am doubtful it will be successful since it was very hard getting the coat hanger through there.
