Once inside - click on "Transid" - follow the yellow brick road. As to location of ID marks on the car, I'll post info from that same site that I'm no longer able to reach at their WEB site. Transmission ID # ID # is stamped into the pan rail right below the front servo. The photo I have shows this to be on the passenger side, maybe 8 - 10 inches back from the front of the pan. ID may look something like this: 124 270 00 01 722 317 02 951397 270 00 01 - part # 722.x xx-----------------------------> vrsn # - these 2 digits-yr/model x -------3=large 6 bolt pan -------4=small 6 bolt pan 951397 - serial # My apologies for the bizarre presentation. Tried to fix in Word. The single x followed by the 2 lines of 3= & 4= denote the pan(large-small). the xx - denotes yr/model. I cannot say which digit is which, but knowing this and the age of your vehicle, you may be able to come up with something that makes sense. Tomorrow I may ask my 5 yr. old grand-daughter to straighten this out. |
