2001 C-240 Mercedes Benz,Non-Start
 
I am having starting problem it turns over but will not start.Can someone tell me what the problem is usually with this

C-240 2001 MB 80kmi. ,rebuilt 2-3kmi. ago
 
Turns over but will not start,what procedure do you go through.I checked all fuses,opened a fuel line,what else should I check the spark too.

If you are getting fuel to the engine....
 
then the next thing to test is for spark. Wish I could tell you how but I don't know. Surely somebody else on the forum can explain how. I think there is come kind of test light that can be used.

usual problem with this engine is crankshaft position sensor.back of engine on drivers side.there are two diff ones depending if the plug has one latch or two.hard to see on this car and hard to get at.
