Seems like the capacity is 10.6 quarts

I use a gallon of Zerex G-05 and a bottle of Wetter Water

Wow,

Sorry for butting in
but since my 5 L 8 cyl took 14 pints ( Least thats what manual says)
10 qts looked like too much for a 3 L\\\

Guess I should go back to my hot engine problwm..

Pulled out the CD - looked at section 20-010 - coolant.

124 car -> 9.5 litres with a/c & climate control which I suspect most have.

Do not be surprised after draining the block and radiator that you do not capture a full 9.5 litres or 10.03 qts or 2.5 gals. Easier for this gringo to think in terms of qts/gallons.

In my case draining the the block and radiator usually removes about 2.0 gals. I suspect the other half gal. remains in the heater core and related hoses.
