1984 500sl euro mystery part 2 questions.

I need to know what the name of this part, but more importantly is the mount that holds it up is available. Also is the mount welded in or bolted in? The part is located to the right of the radiator and in front of the radaitor water bottle.

ABS

On my 124, it's 'welded' to the inside of the front drivers side wheel well.

Your pictures show the bracket for the ABS pump ( anti lock brakes)
The pump is standard on many models and years. The pump is likely the same pump used on every W201 190E and W124 300E car also. I would say the bracket is typically welded in, Check a few cars in junk yards if you can for usable brackets. The pump should be the same for Euro and US cars.
