Hmmm...tough call. I can tell you that in a 500E the seat mounting points are moved outward, so as to allow for the widening of the transmission tunnel. Seats are further apart than any other 300, but not by a lot (maybe 2 inches?).

However, the 500E seats were also available in the 300E Sportline models, so I'm inclined to think that they'd fit...can't think they'd modify the mounting points for Sportline cars AND 500Es. But, sorry to say, you never know.

As to where to find them, start calling boneyards...they are really nice seats, I might add, and if I come across a set I'd look to pop them into the wagon or D.

The 1994/95 E320s were available with a "sportline" option. The option included 4 place seating, which is identical to that fitted in the 500s.
I am sure you could buy the seats from your dealer or discount house. You might just want to check that the front seats of the sportline run on the same rails etc.

FYI-

About 6 months ago, Silver Star Recycling in Rancho Cordova, CA (Sacramento area) happened to have a 300CE Coupe Black/Black apparently with Sportline. The 2-front and 2-rear seats were sold by the time I had a chance to trek to Silver Star (2 hours away from SF) for $2000.00

Nonetheless, I was lucky to find exactly what I needed from the coupe: the sliding burl walnut top rear passenger console box (underneath rear arm rest). The wood (2 pieces: panel and sliding wood top) were mint condition and I used it to replace the ones cracked in my E320 Coupe.

You may wish to visit/ monitor their website.

The last time I viewed (couple of weeks ago), the website listed 500e, e500, and another black 300CE rebuildable in W124 inventory.
