I just purchased a complete new 16V engine and it has steel injectors in it. On my old engine that I am relacing I recently replaced the old injectors with the newer style brass ones. My question is should I swap the steel ones for the brass ones? I have heard that the steel one have a tendancy to corrode. Is this true? which ones will give a better spray pattern over the long haul? Any ideas? Thanks for all the help...
Peter

Bosch made & installed the *steel* injectors for over 15 years, they just won't take fuel contamination as well as the newer *brass* ones.
