Just got off the phone with Terry via JAYTON INDUS. on servicing both ETA's. I decided not to go with Beckmann in NC; had to pay them 300$ to tell me the e-gas module is ok, but the drivers' ETA is non functioning, The pass ETA works, but had an intermittant problem that he sayed just went away; He could not duplicate the fault. I mentioned to Ray at Beckmann that this company, Jayton would do both units and give me 15% off the 699$ each price for a total of 1189$, plus a 2 yr/unlimited warranty. Beckmann wanted 4600$ to do the same job. I also told him I could not justify that cost, whereas new units are 6200$ respectively. Anyone do business with Jayton via CA.? I told this guy on the phone, if his work is legit and people like me post on these websites, they would do quite well with future work orders. Imay have done something wrong inside the driver's ETA, and could poss. fix it when they get back to me. HAve to think about this one.
