'90 W124 300CE steering wheel doesn't telescope

I have no clue where to start w/ the diagnostics on this. My Technibooks W124 repair manual doesn't even list this function except for the location of the fuse (F25), which btw, is not blown.

Did the switch go bad? Any help much appreciated!!!
