wont start, then high idle if starts 86 560sel
 

My fiirst post after reading many others, thank you in advance!

Last week the 560sel was loosing power at 40+mph and almost did not make it up a hill. Monday, depressed the gas pedal and car quit in the driveway. It is Friday, and it won't cold start ulness I pour gas into the air intake, then idles at 1800rpm. wtf? is goin on.

I did check the following for connections: distributor, ignition. cleaned idle control valve w/ brake cleaner. now what?

check the fuse in the fuse box for overload relay. Silver relay witrh red fused top

As I look at the silver relays, facing the firewall, the first silver relay on the right feels warm to the touch....? Problem
