MY 190e IS SHIFTING GEAR FROM 1ST TO 2ND AT 20 RPM 4 SECONDS APART. WHATS HAPPENING AND HOW CAN I FIX IT?

The control pressure cable is responsible for shift points..check that adjustment & make sure that the cable is depressing the piston in the valve body.
