Instryment pannel light out
 

about a week ago my instrument panel light went out so at night i can't see how fast i'm going. i've already pulled out my gauge cluster and replaced the two 194 Sylvania light bulbs but there is still no light. could this be fuses or wires?

my car is 1989 300CE w124 chasis

Are the other lights in the compartment our as well (window switches on the console)?

I can only assume you've already turned the dimmer stem on the gauge cluster clockwise.
