replacing side mirrors
 

anybody done it ? id like to swap out for a rounded style ..

yes i do .. i know it may involve a bit of custom work but i was wondering if anyone has and what style they used .

why do you ask if i have one ? id have to have one to change the mirrors right !

Almost anything can be done with some fabrication. What model do you have? What do you mean by "rounded", newer Mercedes or other makes? A few w124 owners adapted the rounded w210 mirrors with blinkers.

88 300se .. im talking about rounded style in general ..not neccissarily off a MB .. i just didnt know if i could get away with shaving the triangular plastic that butts up against the window or if it would take some fiberglassing (which i have no experience doing)
