Power seat problem
 

The power headrest on my passenger seat in my 1993 300E 2.8 refuses to go down. It went up just fine, but going back down again is the problem.

Which is the most likely point of failure, the switch in the door or the motor in the seat back, or is there somewhere else I should be looking at?

your problem is simple, you have a switch problem
