Help: Mercedes Benz S320 '98 (W140) ; Reverse Switch Communicator Not Working
My reverse lights are not working. I have been told to replace the reverse light switch.
Does anyone have a graphic or information on how to replace the switch???  Any Help is much appreciated!!!! This is a picture of the car:

Sorry to be thew bearer of bad news...but that switch is part of the gear shifter assembly & NOT available by itself.

Yes that switch is part of that assembly,
Requires removal & COMPLETE disassembly of the shifter. That is not a normal DIYer type of job.
