I went to the Mercedes Dealer, and he sold me this part:

Now i need to know how to get to the place to replace it

Aparentlly this is where it goes:

The part i have is marked as S16/10 and the actual reverse lamp switch is built into the S16/10 part.

So how do i get this box apart ????; Clips, Screws, Bolts ????? How?

Yes that switch is part of that assembly,

Requires removal & COMPLETE disassembly of the shifter. That is not a normal DIYer type of job.
