Anyone have any idea about how long it takes to replace starter on 87 560SEL with it up on jack stands!

Any guess appreciated!

man, i am going to guess and say 90 minutes....

i guess a v8 person will have to weigh in.... like does the exhaust get in the way?

it's easy to replace , it takes about an hour , but you need a couple of long extentions ,about 2 feet total ,as you need to get at , at least one of the bolts from way behind them , you'll see what i mean when you attempt it.,,,,, you can do it .
