wiring of S class vacuum pump

I need a small electric vacuum pump for a non Mercedes application

I have attempted to attach a gif file representing a vacuum pump I have recently acquired.
The pump is supposed to be from a 1986 S class I believe it to be the pump located under the rear seat for door and truck lock applications.
I did not remove the pump
I am not familiar with the 1986 S class chassis or vacuum system

the image should show two white dots on the lower right side that I believe to be power connectors.
and three white dots in the circle above those two represent a three prong electrical connector.

can anybody tell me a simple way to hook this up to develop vacuum?

I should have labeled the connectors
we can call the pin in top left of the blue circle 1
top right in the blue circle 2
bottom center in the blue circle 3
top of the two large bottom pins 4
and the bottom large pin 5

the dark circle on the left looks to be the housing for the pump motor itself
and the black dot in the grey box above the other box represents the vacuum port

the image represents a molded housing of a single dark color that does not photograph well

This is the shop manual diagram for a 1985 500SE central locking system, showing the 'supply pump' located in the trunk right wheelwell. This ought to be close to the pump you have.
The diagram is not ideal for viewing online, my bad, but if you go around clockwise from the top left corner of the 'supply pump', the wiring connectors are labeled as follows (connected device-wire color)(in case you have the plugins with some wires attached):
Orthopedic seats-Bk
Fuse box-RD/BK
RH door actuator-GN
Ground-BR
(2 vacuum lines, 1 to seats, 1 to doors,trunk)
Alarm,Trunk-YL
LH front door-BU
You should be able to ground the pump and get it to run with 12V to the fuse connection and either of the door actuators, I'm guessing.

The diagram is little or no help
the drawings in the manual I had for my 240 of little value
because they were so blurry
I tried importing your drawing into photoshop
and I don't see anything I can understand

You have two vacuum ports instead of one?
and a four pin connector instead of a three and a two?

OK you have given me some clues
I will dig around in the trunk of my '82 and see what I find

perhaps I will be able to find something similar and start taking voltage readings

does this thing draw from a vacuum reservoir?
Hmm.. I remember seeing all those egg crate things in the boneyard
I betcha there is at least one
but it might be hard to find

Sorry about the poor scan. Where is this gif file/picture you mentioned?
From what I can read from this schematic, in the manual, there are 2 vacuum ports, and 2 electrical connector inputs, each with 3 pins each. Only 1 pin out of the 6 is a ground. I don't know how you'd tell which one it is if the unit isn't in the car attached to the harness. It's marked '2' on this diagram, so if you have a 3 pin connector, the pin may be marked with this number.
The 'eggcrate' is a vacuum resevoir, I believe mounted under the package tray on a 126. The schematic doesn't show a line to one of these. You wouldn't need it anyway to operate the pump.
Perhaps someone who has worked on one of these can help with identifying your electrical connections....

Is this the pump? I stumbled on the picture on EBay....if it is, I'll check the pump in my 560SL, which the EBay pump should fit.

that looks like it
slight insignificant differences in the molded housing
the vacuum nipple on yours looks almost like it's on a removable door
the tab or latch to the right of it is unfamiliar
as is what looks like a plastic pin the the left of the two large pins
but it looks like it might be function just the same

OK
I opened it up!
didn't want to do it
but it finally got to me

the pump is teeny tiny
hmm

maybe time to make my own pump
a door lock actuator
a solenoid to push or pull it
and a micro switch to shut the solenoid off
and a spring to push or pull it back
