I got a lovley 83 300sd and the engine shakes "specially with the A/C on"
The Guy said its
1-Engine mounts
and i'm thinking of changing them my self so i'll appreciate ant advise or stuff to avoid or take care of

2- Air Filter mounts
I already tried to do that but i didnt make a differance

3- Lat "RACK IDLE PIN/ON INJECTION PUMP"
AND TURBO DRAIN GROMMETS
would you please tell me what those mean and where are they in the engine

If the car has a very pronounced shake when hot it's usually the damper screw for the rack in the injection pump(rack limiter screw). Mercedes made an "updated" screw for those with more spring tension on the pin to dampen rack ocillations. It's a cheap part and easy to install(screws into rear plate of pump). I'd do that first. If it needs motor mounts...it needs motor mounts. If it needs an air cleaner bracket or mounts...that's fairly obvious too. But to fix the "loping and shaking" syndrome, the rack limiter is the fix(unless the pump itself has a bad delivery element, then it time to rebuild the pump). Check the archives, I think either me or someone else has published the part number before.

The turbo drain grommets refer to the rubber parts sealing the turbo oil return tube. The tube has two sections. The upper section is mounted to the bottom of the turbocharger via two bolts. Continue down the upper section is the lower section which ends at the oil pan. There is a rubber o-ring on top of the lower section where the top and bottom sections meet. There is a rubber grommet on top of the oil pan where the lower section enters. There is also an o-ring at the bottom end of the lower section inside the oil pan below the grommet.
