I ordered a pair of HELLA HID/Xenon retrofit kit. It comes with the entire lamp assembly.
I have a 2001 E-Class where the bumper flushes against the bottom section of the headlamp units. Do you need to, and how do you remove the bumper cover/skin to allow removal of the old headlamp assemblies? Or how do you pull out the old units? People who have the older (99 and below) W210s advised that no bumper components have to be removed to allow replacement if the headlamps, and that there were only 3 screws that need to be removed. This doesn't seem to be the case on my 2001. Help please! |
