Adjusting accelerator pedal
1992 190E 2.6 auto
My accelerator pedal has about 1" - 1.5" of "play". How do I reduce it where the pedal is "tight"? There are 2 adjusting nuts on the accelerator "cable"... one inside the car at the firewall, and another at the throttle linkage under the air cleaner. I don't think these are used to adjust pedal "play". |
