Jerky drive
 

Hi,
Anyone have the problem I am having at the moment, I have a Mercedes A140 semi auto 2000, been serviced regularly but recently has a problem that the garage cannot identify or solve. When you put the foot down on the accelerator it does not respond and then suddenly jerks to life and zooms off, it feels like there is a blockage (in the fuel pipe maybe?) then it suddenly clears. The garage has changed the ht leads, spark plugs etc and it has been on a diagnostic machine as well but nothing has shown up.
Has anyone else experienced this and found out what is causing the problem?

For starters where are you? Are you about the model information? A 2000 semi-automatic 140 body sounds like an exotic creature.
