W124 Headlight Not Working
I just bought a 1987 W124 and it had a headlight that wasn't working. I figured big deal...$10 or less at the parts store. I put the new bulb in and it still didn't work on high or low beams. The driver side works on both low and high beams but the passenger side will not work on either. What could be wrong?

fuse? look at the fuse box near the hinge for the hood on the driver's side. under the lid is a handy list telling what fuse corresponds to which circuit. this would be a nice simple fix. hope it works.

Doesn't the fuse control both headlights?

pop the assembly out and look for bad wiring/rust.
I had this happen on my w124. a spade connector and a few pieces of wire later, it was fixed.

Check for a bad ground or broken wire around the non working light
