1998 E320 Battery
 

I have a 700amp cold crank battery for my 1998 E320 Sedan. I was wondering if that was the right battery for my car.?

The MBs are power hungry enough as it is. Depending on any additional en-
hancements you may have added e.g. amps, lights, etc, the 700 would, in
my opinion, be on the low end of acceptability. From memory, the E320
battery is more like 1000 cca. You can go with an Interstate, an Autozone
et al battery for about 1/2 that of MB with CCA of approx 900. I replaced my
MB with an Autozone about 4 months ago for $70. MB will charge about twice
that.
