1998 W210 E430 front Seat
 

Hello, all... My SRS light stays on all the time, and I had a indy read the codes and reset them. The codes came back stating that the seat belt buckle and the child seat sensor was bad.. Then he reset the codes and they all reset except the seat sensor... The strange thing is that the heated seat does not work either.. Is there a wired harness that houses all three, the seat heater, seat buckle and the child seat sensor..,, I thought it was strange for everything to go at the same time.... I am going to remove the seat this weekend to check all the connector and do some cleaning,, Is there any known problems..

Seen Several Defective seat belt buckles on the W210


Heated seat problem can be defective heat pads..check with OHM meter to see IF the pad is OPEN ..Defective pad/pads

There should be continuity check right.. Any ohm readings ?
